Bayonetta delayed until early 2010
Bayonetta, one of the most anticipated games for this mital second year, you will not see the light on this side of the world until January 2010, although its launch in Japan stands firm for October 29.
It must be said that this unfortunate delay was not due to a technical or artistic, but advertising.
Is that according to the president of SEGA West, Mike Hayes, “Bayonetta is a new and important to the company and opens a new level of depth to their catalog of games. As a result of a market study, we have decided to delay its launch until January 2010. Thus we expand the potential of the game before launch. ”
If you read well, SEGA does not want to release the title before the half world is awash with images of the product. Well, we are in times where the Lord sends money, therefore the sales have to be important and that’s why SEGA intends to heavily advertise the title. ‘
Hopefully, from the Company to be intelligent and not ruin the essence of a game that, at least on paper, seems very good.
In this way, the heavy list of games expected for the remainder of 2009 lost another example of reputation, as if Mafia II, Max Payne 3, and BioShock 2 Singularity were not sufficient.

Siren Blood Curse Review (PS3 Game)
To the delight of those players still reluctant to purchase downloadable content via the network reaches the shelves in the Blu-Ray version of Siren: Blood Curse. This is the remake of the famous title for Sony PlayStation 2, which in its time and garnered quite a success. The title is part of the survival horror genre, offering an adventure set in a remote village in Japan and full of typical elements of Japanese folklore. The story is enriched with respect to the title of the previous generation with new story arcs. It tells the life of a group of people trapped in a small village where a strange ritual is being carried out. Some of these people belong to a group of American television moved to the place. Throughout the different chapters in which the game is structured, they will encounter other characters from the area in which the events occur. These chapters will be telling the story from different viewpoints of each of the protagonists. This will enable us to live the same situation with different characters each time discovering new details of the plot.

The general structure of the adventure is pretty linear, much narrower than most survival horror to which we are accustomed. In each episode, the game we will have to assign different goals to be fulfilled to advance the main story. Sometimes we find secondary targets that we were not submitted at the beginning of the chapter. To perform those tasks will help us a handy map that will contain a large amount of detail to make things easier. And speaking of facilities, this will be one of the greatest evils with which we find in Siren: Blood Curse. Achieving certain objectives will be so simple that we often fill the episodes in a fairly short period of time, leading to a very decompensated duration each. This will enable us to overcome the game in a number of hours less than usual for a title in the genre. Its nature is only downloadable in principle could have justified such period, but the size of the discharge exceeded 9Gb, thus disrupting this justification.

Focusing on the management, we find different ways forward depending on the character that controls each time. In most cases we have to move by stealth to avoid being discovered by a demonic creature called “Shibito,” which are based on the typical Japanese horror films so successful that a few years ago. One of the most striking developments that contributed to gender Siren was the subjective camera through which the game screen was divided between what is our character and vision of our enemies and uncover the best way to avoid being discovered. The camera manages to create moments of great tension. Among the scenes in which to drive a little girl and you really suffer a great burden not being able to deal face to face with the creatures that haunt us. Other characters will have the ability to use weapons to fight the Shibito, but these confrontations do not entail a major part of development.

Graphically we have a title located between two generations. Some poor and too blurry textures on characters in scenarios ruin what could have been a visual aspect to the task. Encounter scenarios that provide a proper atmosphere than in enclosed spaces such as outdoor. Emphasize especially the lighting effects, thanks to the use of a flashlight get quite realistic in many cases. The design of the characters is very satisfactory. The faces were modeled after real actors at all times and reflect the mood of the character, both in the scenes taken with the engine of the game and during the course of the adventure. The animation is not particularly outstanding but they appear sufficiently worked. Find some slowdowns at times annoying point of the game, something that should not happen given the poor level of texturising mentioned earlier.
The audio section does not give us those tunes that remain etched in our memories for as can happen with Silent Hill, but the quality is sufficient to correct both the mood of the moments of exploration as the higher voltage. Far more impressive sound effects, which help create an atmosphere in which we truly feel overwhelmed in many cases. Particularly highlights the voices of the characters, especially the Shibito whose ominous words terrified us all the time. Hear voices in both English and Japanese depending on the origin of the character in question thanks to a detail from the developers because the dubbing of Castilian in the supply of PlayStation 2 somewhat spoiled the game experience.

The limited supply of titles for PlayStation 3 terror makes Siren: Blood Curse recommend a game, despite its rather limited duration and a graphically than could have been much worked. In addition the game comes to an attractive price, especially now that we can get it as a physical box with its manual and to any collection you like. Ultimately this is a title that any fan of survival horror PS3 owner should try, and hopefully before a foreshadowing of what will be a delivery of future Siren designed entirely for the new generation.

Street Fighter IV PS3 Review
Street Fighter for many years was the king of fighting games. It was the nineties and in the recreation rooms in our homes, the various renditions of this game hooked millions and millions of players. Even had an adaptation to the world of cinema.
Then came the era of 3D fighting games. Titles like Tekken then occupied the throne for so many years that he Street Fighter.
Now, at the time of the next generation, the mythical title of Capcom returns with his fourth delivery, completely adapted to the times of today. An outstanding delivery.
The first thing that catches the attention of Street Fighter IV PS3 is that keeps the essence of the classic at the same time adds some amendments very juicy. Classes are held from 6 strokes, special attacks, and have added some keys spectacular.
As for the characters, the twelve that made up the second installment of Street Fighter in this edition. They add that there are four novel debuting in Street Fighter IV PS3 unlockables and eight more. In total, twenty-four fighters, each with its own personality and style.
Focusing on game modes, Street Fighter IV PS3 provides 5 different ways to pass comment.
Firstly there is the Arcade mode, basically the main game mode. In Arcade choose our fighter and level of difficulty (there are eight different difficulties). Then we will have to compete in a series of battles, each with a different fighter chosen randomly. In the end, we will fight Seth (the final boss). Previously, in the penultimate round, we will face the enemy’s main character. Between combat and fighting, Street Fighter IV PS3 will show film footage of a large technical level in which the characters have dialogues that make up the plot.
In Versus mode can fight in direct combat against a rival controlled by artificial intelligence or by another player. Is the most “direct” because we will just choose a character and opponent, and fighting (by adjusting the level of difficulty in case of fighting the machine).
Another method is Fight Network, or online mode. As you can imagine, this option can fight opponents around the world network.

In Training Mode Street Fighter IV PS3, of course, we will face an opponent in order to learn to master the various blows and combos. We may adjust the level of the opponent. Finally there is the Challenge Mode, which proposes a series of challenges that we must fulfill. For example, we will have to complete many levels within a time limit, or defeat a number of opponents without being defeated.
As for the gameplay, is the classic 2D action. Wrestlers may move from left to right, top to bottom, but not deeper into the scene and move to another level as in the Tekken. With this, the faithful wanted to keep the title, which has always opted for this method.
As for the beating, they remain typical of the series and each fighter will have their own. Noteworthy is the addition of a further blow, the Focus Attack, an attack that will require time to prepare, but do incredible damage on the opponent.
Highlight the excellent learning curve. Thanks to the multitude of options and difficulty levels, we can make progress little by little, step by step if we’re rookies, or playing at a high level if we are veterans.
Technical Section
If options regarding Street Fighter IV playable PS3 is outstanding, technically does not lack.
The graphics are incredible. As we have said, the gameplay is 2D, but the characters and environments are designed in 3D. The design of the wrestlers is faithful to the originals, with the unique style that characterizes Street Fighter. It presents a stunning model and a high level of definition, making the most of the technical features of the console.
Also highlight the cinematic, really spectacular, the facial animations of the characters and, of course, the physics that makes Street Fighter is more realistic than ever.
As for the sound, the soundtrack includes the typical topics of SF, which are so personal that air the game. The voices of the characters are in English and Japanese. Not be made under the dubbing into Spanish, since that simply screams and drop a word in isolation.
Conclusions
Street Fighter IV PS3, the king of fighting games, seems to regain his throne with this genius. The truth is that lately the technology of video games has come a long way and SF seem to have fallen behind. So Capcom has made a great effort, which has an even greater result.
Playable is exquisite, with a great control system and a great learning curve. The new content will also renew the title unless it loses its essence. Technically it’s great. New generation of technology without losing fidelity to the original arcade.
But as always renewed, improved and current. Street Fighter is back and again the king of fighting games.
A masterpiece from Capcom, which has far exceeded expectations, discouraging any doubt how this classic desenvolvería today.
We believe that perfection does not exist, but Street Fighter IV is on PS3.

Killzone 2 is very important for the PS3: Killzone 2 PS3 Review

The incumbents are striking: Killzone 2 will sell more than Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone Microsoft afraid of?, Killzone comes to save the Playstation 3?
It is no secret that Sony’s finances are not what they were, they are exclusively outside of the hands and an emergence in sales that does not reach. After MGS4 and Little Big Planet game to a point where the spotlight is the sequel to the shooter to be the executor of Halo at the time. This second part is better but has an evil even greater mission at that time to generate much interest and increase sales of the PS3 does it need? probably, and here are some samples of it.
A Sony representative confirmed the unidentified large bet is made:
“It would be a lie to say that Sony has not invested strongly in Killzone 2 and that each person Guerrilla Games has not worked very hard to meet the expectations for the company and his community. I see the game broke a barrier with a wide variety of groups and hope to achieve sales as good as Metal Gear Solid 4 if not better “
This is no less clear that Sony is keen that this game is as good as possible eye that is not present here the hype is often the trigger for over-estimating or disqualify a product in advance. Good thing in my opinion.
On the other hand Microsoft has been pending for any date that involves Killzone 2, responding immediately with relevant ads every time, although it could be a coincidence, it is certain that no one believes that. 3 evidence here:
A month ago, started the speculation about the eventual release of Killzone 2 on February 17. Just hours after Microsoft announced that the exclusive downloadable content for Grand Theft Auto is the release date.
On December 4 Sony made the official launch date of the shooter for the February 27 (2009). 3 days after Microsoft announced that Halo Wars postponed from March 3 to February 26, 2009.
The demo of Killzone has been promised for February 5. 48 hours after Microsoft announces during the Consumer Electronic Show, which at the same time make available the demo of Halo Wars.
Seems to be very clear that Microsoft is aware of the importance of this title.
After 4 years of development, play a lot of potential evidence, the standard figure is surprisingly strong and I think Sony is betting a big game on the way. Someone said I! secure shopping for?
