Gadget Review: Nintendo DSi XL

Nintendo has been dominating over the handheld Game console marked since 1990’s with the Gameboy which was followed by the Advance SP, Micro, DS Lite and the DSi. Nintendo with its revolutionary gaming systems has been dominating the market and the latest improvement over its all too popular handheld DS lite and DSi seems to be repeating history.

The Nintendo DSi XL is a DSi on growth hormones. It’s phenomenally designed at 6.3 inches long to 3.6 inches wide with a 4.2 inch LCD screen. The Nintendo has smooth rounded corners with the ports at the same places as in the DSi and DS lite.

Nintendo DSi XL’s gaming experience is a repeat of the revolutionary gaming experience from DS lite and DSi. The same games that are designed for the older DS also work for this newer and improved console. No wonder it is out selling its competition world over. An exceptional improvement is seen here in the audio speaker department where the audio quantity is sized up considerably so that no headphones need to be used.

Thou not a worthwhile upgrade from Nintendo DSi; the DSi XL is a solid handheld and stacks up among the best products that Nintendo has to offer. The Nintendo DSi XL being a portable console is far too bulky to be carried along in pockets a major trade off considering the alternatives.
